Jaffird Sierra is the musical Director at Music Brainworks. Born in Cali Colombia into a musical environment which sparked love for all thing’s music. Jaffirds father was a great classical guitarist, composer, as well as great pedagogue. He was always implementing his own methodologies in classrooms and reworking them in the course of his experience with all his students.  
She started her musical studies at the Antonio Maria Valencia Conservatory in Cali-Colombia at the age of 6, studying piano pedagogy with excellent teachers.
She continued her professional career at La Universidad del Valle, where she studied musical pedagogy with an emphasis on lyrical singing; and is now currently a soprano. She never has stopped learning and improving all her skills as a pianist and soprano. She still receives master classes with grand wonderful teachers.
Jaffird had the opportunity to be part of choirs, opera, lead singer of a musical group, and teacher in different entities. was then in addition worked and studied for 6 years at Waldorf pedagogy, which has been one of her greatest supports in the creation of her Music Program.
